My lunch today.
Spinach, rocket, egg and bean salad. Always goes down nicely with some fetta and pesto ;)
No bake power nuggets.
So yummy, so easy.
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
Almonds, pecans, dried fruit, chocolate chips.
Whatever you want to mix it.Mix it all together, don’t be afraid to use your hands.
Pack into bite sized balls.
Put in fridge to set.Wah-lah! :)
